Full Time Assistant Manager
Our state of the art renovated Spa in Etobicoke is now hiring a motivated and experienced full time Medical Esthetician to join our award winning team! We have a large and loyal client base who have grown to trust our level of service. Our ideal candidate will be able to perform the following services: Facials,Peels, Microdermabrasion, Laser Treatments, Microneedling, Cryotherapy, Body Contouring Treatments, RF treatments, Mesotherapy. Qualifications: Experience is an asset but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate. Completion of an accredited Medical Esthetics program. Minimum 1 year experience in the Medical Esthetic field. Highly organized team player and able to effectively prioritize tasks. Computer literate. Reliable with the availability to work part or full time, including evenings and weekends. Must be willing to sell and recommend other services to clients including retail products Able to work independently. Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role.

- Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa.
- Effectively motivate staff & communicate job responsibilities, expectations, guest service standards, and company policies/guidelines.
- Maintain a positive employee relations climate, responding to employee-related issues promptly, fairly and consistently.
- Oversee spa standards, conduct daily walk-through and initiate maintenance/repairs as needed; enforce safety and maintenance procedures and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
- Assist in Inventory Management
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on spa performance metrics, including sales, client satisfaction and staff productivity.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
